GB/T 16656.47-2008 Industrial automation systems and integration.Product data representation and exchange.Part 47: Integrated generic resources: Shape variation tolerances (English Version)
This part of GB/T 16656 specifies the resource structure for expressing the dimensions and tolerances of product shapes. The size expresses the size of the shape and the position of the identifiable part of the shape. Tolerances specify the allowable deviations that define the shape and dimensions of a product. The dimension and tolerance expressions given in this section apply to two-dimensional and three-dimensional part geometry models. The following contents belong to the scope of this standard: — tolerances constraining product shape features; — tolerance specifications defining shapes; — expressions of geometric tolerances and plus and minus tolerances; — expressions of tolerance values; — expressions of dimensions; ——Give dimension features to shapes; ——Give direction and position features to shapes; ——Standards of datums and reference datums; ——Derived annotations of shape elements, such as centerlines and intersection points; ——Constraints and matching systems of shapes. The following contents are outside the scope of this standard: ——definitions of basic principles, concepts and terms of tolerances and dimensioning; —mathematical definitions of tolerances and datums; —description of conventions for dimensioning or tolerances; —dimension inspection methods - Specification of tolerances; - Tolerances for product features other than shape; - Representation of tolerances in engineering drawings; - Specifications for surface roughness.
