Scope: This part of GB 6067 specifies the basic safety requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, modification, maintenance, use, inspection and scrapping of bridge and gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This section applies to bridge type cranes identified in GB/T 20776. If it does not involve special issues of basic safety, this section can also be used as a reference for other lifting machinery.
