- This standard applies to all rotating electrical machines, except those covered by other international and IEC standards, eg IEC 60349. Motors within the scope of this standard may also comply with the requirements of other international and IEC standards that have been superseded, modified or supplemented, such as GB 3836 (IEC 60079) and GB/T 706O (IEC 60092).
