GB/T 10066.31-2007 Test methods for electroheat installations.Part 31: High-frequency induction heating installation.Test methods for the determination of power output of the generator (English Version)
This part of GB/T 10066 specifies the method for measuring the generator output power of high-frequency induction heating devices. This part applies to equipment consisting of high-frequency generators and inductors and mechanical equipment (such as quenching machine tools) necessary for holding the charge, with a frequency range up to 300MHz and a power equal to and greater than 500W for heating (such as surface (or partial) quenching and Industrial radio frequency or high frequency induction heating devices for diathermy, welding, brazing, melting, forging, semiconductor area refining, etc.). The load described in this section can be used to assess whether the electromagnetic compatibility complies with CISPR11. This section deals with the power of the generator under the continuous operation rated state specified by the manufacturer. A method for determining the output power of generators operating in pulsed conditions with short duty cycles (such as the case with adiabatic calorimeters) is under consideration. Great care must be taken when using electronic systems for power measurement, as their accuracy cannot be guaranteed, especially at higher frequencies. These instruments require large current transformers and voltage transformers when measuring output power, and these transformers also have errors at higher frequencies. These measurement methods require specialized knowledge for their correct application and therefore are not described in detail in this section.
