This part of GB/T 18978 gives guidelines for the human-centered design of the network user interface, aiming at improving the usability of the interface. The web user interface is aimed at all Internet users as well as closed user groups, such as employees in an organization, the company's customers and/or suppliers, or other specific community groups. The recommendations for web user interface design given in this section mainly focus on the following aspects: -- high-level design decisions and design strategies; -- content design; -- navigation and search; -- content display. This section does not directly deal with the interface of various user agents, such as web browsers, nor directly with the interface of auxiliary tools, such as web editing tools (although some of these guidelines are also applicable in these areas). A web user interface may be presented on a personal computer system, mobile system, or other web-connected device. While the recommendations in this section apply to a wide range of existing front-end technologies, mobile web interfaces and smart device interfaces may require additional design guidelines that are not covered by the scope of this section. Nor does this section provide detailed guidance on technical implementation and aesthetic or artistic design.
