This standard specifies the system architecture, functional requirements, performance indicators and technical conditions of the intelligent substation monitoring system. This standard applies to the design, construction, equipment development, testing and acceptance of intelligent substation monitoring systems with voltage levels of 110kV (66kV) and above. Intelligent substation monitoring systems with voltage levels of 35kV and below can be implemented as a reference.
