This part of GB/T 31301 specifies the relevant safety requirements for the structure, transportation, installation, commissioning, setting, teaching or process conversion, operation, cleaning, maintenance, scrapping and dismantling of footwear molding machines. This section contains all major hazards, hazardous states and hazardous events associated with the shoe-making machine arising from the operator's intended use of the machine and foreseeable misuse (see Appendix A). This part is applicable to footwear forming machines used in the shoe industry for the production of shoes and shoe accessories, including: -- upper shoe forming machines (see Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3); -- single sole and shoe accessories forming machines Machine (see Figure 4 to Figure 10); -- Machine for forming whole shoes and boots (see Figure 11). This standard also applies to the use of the above-mentioned machines for the production of products other than shoes and their accessories, and the production of these products does not require modifications to the machines other than moulding. This standard also applies to the following additional equipment: spraying devices, injection devices, pouring devices, nozzle cleaners, pull rods, mold cleaning devices, activation devices, preparatory stage and post-processing robots and equipment (see Figure N.1). This standard does not apply to the following machines, unless they are used for shoe molding or reaction molding: - forming machines using fixed injection devices and fixed mold positions (clamping devices); - using fixed measuring and mixing devices and linear Structural (mold base) molding machine for mobile workstations.
