This part of GB/T 3098 stipulates the functional characteristics of the effective torque type steel lock nut when the test is carried out at an ambient temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃. Combination test methods are included to simultaneously determine effective torque characteristics and torque-clamping force characteristics. This section applies to effective torque type all-metal lock nuts and non-metallic insert lock nuts that meet the following requirements: --- Ordinary thread that meets the requirements of GB/T192; --- Thread that meets the requirements of GB/T193 and GB/T9144 Combination of diameter and pitch; ——Thread specification M5~M39, coarse thread, nominal thread diameter d=8 mm~39 mm, fine thread; ——Thread tolerance in accordance with GB/T9145; ——Mechanical properties Comply with GB/T3098.2.
