GB 4706.92-2008 Household and similar electrical appliances.Safety.Particular requirements for appliances to recover refrigerant from air conditioning and refrigeration equipment (English Version)
This chapter of GB 4706.1-2005 is replaced with the following content: This part of GB 4706 specifies the safety of appliances for recovering refrigerant from air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment for household and similar purposes. This standard applies to the safety of electrical appliances driven by open or hermetic motor-compressors for recovering and/or regenerating refrigerant from air conditioners and refrigeration equipment, the maximum rated voltage of single-phase appliances not exceeding 250 V , the rated voltage of other appliances does not exceed 600 V. Appliances which are not intended for general household use but which may still pose a danger to the public also fall within the scope of this standard, such as appliances intended to be used by non-professionals in shops, light industry and on farms. The above appliance may consist of components produced by one factory or several factories. If multiple components are provided and these individual components are to be used together, the technical requirements of this standard shall be based on the use of the components assembled together.
