This standard specifies the test methods for antibiotic residues in fresh milk. The first method of this standard is applicable to the inspection of antibiotics that can inhibit Streptococcus thermophilus (Streptococcus thermophilus) in fresh milk; the second method is applicable to the inspection of antibiotics that can inhibit Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidola-ctis) can also be used for the detection of antibiotics in reconstituted milk, sterilized milk, and milk powder.
