This part of GB/T 5169 gives guidelines for minimizing the fire hazards arising from the use of electrical insulating liquids. Fire hazards affect: a) electrical equipment and systems; b) people, buildings and their contents. Since the insulating liquid is usually part of the insulation system, the fire hazard of the entire system must also be assessed.
