GB 19212.3-2012 Safety of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products.Part 3:Particular requirements and tests for control transformers and power supplies incorporating control transformers (English Version)
This chapter of GB 19212.1-2008 is replaced with the following content: This part of GB 19212 specifies the safety regulations for control transformers and power supplies with built-in control transformers, such as safety regulations on electrical, temperature and mechanical aspects. This section applies to control transformers and power supplies with built-in control transformers and electronic circuits. This section does not apply to external circuits and their components intended to be connected to the input and output terminals or output sockets of transformers and power supplies. This section does not apply to transformers included in IEC 60076-11. This section applies to power supplies of stationary or mobile, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled (self-cooled or air-cooled), independent or supporting separating transformers and built-in separating transformers, whose rated power supply voltage does not exceed AC 1000V, rated Power frequency and internal operating frequency do not exceed 500Hz. The rated thermal output shall not exceed: - 25kVA for single-phase control transformers and single-phase power supplies with built-in control transformers; - 40kVA for multi-phase control transformers and multi-phase power supplies with built-in control transformers. If the purchaser and manufacturer When otherwise agreed, this section also applies to control transformers and power supplies with built-in control transformers that do not limit the rated output. This standard applies to dry-type transformers, the windings of which may be encapsulated or non-encapsulated. No-load output voltage or rated output voltage does not exceed AC 1000V or ripple-free DC 1415V. For independent control transformers and independent power supplies with built-in control transformers, the no-load output voltage and/or rated output voltage shall not be lower than AC 50V or ripple-free DC 120V. Control transformers covered by this standard are intended for use only where double insulation or reinforced insulation between circuits is not required by installation regulations or end product standards. This standard applies to control transformers and power supplies with built-in control transformers associated with specific equipment (the scope of which is determined by the relevant technical committee).
