GB 14536.6-2008 Automatic electrical controls for household and similar use.Particular requirements for automatic electrical burner control systems (English Version)
This chapter of GB 14536.1-2008 is applicable except for the following contents. 1.1 Replacement: This Part of GB 14536 is applicable to burner electric automatic control systems for automatic control of burners of oil, gas, coal or other fuels for household and similar purposes (including heating, air conditioning and other similar purposes). This section applies to the entire set of burner control systems and control devices for independent programs. This section also applies to independent high-voltage electronic ignition sources and independent flame detectors. The word "system" used in this section includes "burner control system". Systems for flame monitoring by thermoelectric methods are not included in this standard. 1.1.1 This section applies to inherent safety, to the operating values, operating time and operating procedures claimed by the manufacturer related to the safety of the burner, and to the burner used on or with the burner Test of electric automatic control system. Equipment systems that are not used for general household use but are only used in public places, such as non-professionals in shops, light industrial workshops and farms, are also included in the scope of this standard. This section applies to systems using NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) or PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistors. Their additional requirements are contained in Appendix J. This section does not apply to systems specially designed for industrial applications. 1.1.2 This section applies to manual controls that are electrically and/or mechanically integrated with automatic controls. 1.2 Replacement: This section applies to systems with a rated voltage not exceeding 690V and a rated current not exceeding 63A. 1.3 Replacement: This standard does not specify response values for automatic actions that depend on the method of installation of the controller in the equipment. If the response value plays an important role in protecting the safety of the user or the surrounding environment, the response value specified by the corresponding household equipment standard or determined by the manufacturer is applicable in this section. 1.4 Replacement: This section also applies to systems containing electronic devices, see Appendix H for the requirements. 1.5 Normative references The terms in the following documents become the terms of this part through the reference of this part. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, encourage the parties to the agreement under this section to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used . For undated references, the latest version applies to this section. This article of GB 14536.1-2008 is applicable except for the following contents. Add: IEC 60068-2-6:1995 Environmental testing Part 2: Test Test Fc IEC 60384-16:1982 Fixed capacitors for electronic equipment Part 16: Metallized polypropylene film dielectric DC fixed capacitors IEC 60989:1991 Sharing transformers and Autotransformers, Variable Ratio Transformers and Reactors
