Scope
When carrying out the fire hazard test of electronic components, the following factors should be fully considered: Various electronic components are made of different materials, and they are installed in various equipment. The arrangement of electronic components in the equipment is relatively compact, and the intervals between them are very small. It is unpredictable what will happen to them in use. Electronic equipment maintains its normal work by using electric energy. Some electronic components (such as relays) may generate sparks when they are used, but their heat loss is usually very little. However, when electronic components fail or operate abnormally, they tend to emit a lot of heat. The number of electronic components used in equipment is often very large. Because of their different functions, they are in different working states, which makes it difficult to describe them with a unified index. Not all electronic components are equally flammable, and only certain electronic components are particularly flammable and dangerous. The fire hazard test and research work is carried out for this part of the electronic components.
