Scope

This section specifies all the rules and requirements for the basic performance of low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, so that the performance requirements and tests of the equipment within the corresponding range are consistent, avoiding the required tests according to different standards. This section contains all the content considered to be basic requirements in various product standards and specific items with broad significance and uses, such as: temperature rise, dielectric properties, etc. For various types of low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, only two main standards are required to determine all the requirements and tests: 1) This part is referred to as "GB14048.1" in the standards for various low-voltage switchgear and control equipment; 2) Relevant product standards are hereinafter referred to as "relevant product standards" or "product standards". The basic requirements applicable to a specific product standard should be specified in the product standard, and the relevant clause numbers referencing the GB14048.1 standard should be marked, for example: 7.2.3 in GB14048.1. The basic requirements may not be specified for a specific product standard, so this content can be omitted (when not applicable), or some content can be added (such as when it is considered that the basic requirements are not applicable in some cases), unless there is sufficient For technical reasons, product standards are not allowed to deviate from the basic rules.
