This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 503 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A) residues in mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, black fungus, and shiitake mushrooms. This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of 503 kinds of pesticides and related chemicals and the quantitative determination of 478 kinds of pesticides and related chemicals in mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, black fungus, and shiitake mushrooms. Other edible fungi can be implemented as a reference.
