This standard specifies the method for the determination of volatile N-nitrosamines in Beijiu by gas chromatography-thermal energy analyzer (GC-TEA). This standard applies to the determination of N-nitrosodimethylamine content in beer. The minimum detection amount of the instrument is 0.1ng. When the sample sampling volume is 50g, the concentration volume is 0.5mL, and the injection volume is 10μL, the minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.1μg/kg; when the sampling volume is 20g, When the concentration volume is 1.0 mL and the injection volume is 5 μL, the minimum detection concentration of this method is 1.0 μg/kg.
